1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Investment Risks
Digital-asset investments carry market risks, including possible loss of principal. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Invest only what you can afford to lose.
4. Fees & Charges
We deduct management and performance fees as disclosed in each plan. Additional blockchain-network fees may apply for deposits or withdrawals.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, market manipulation, or any illegal activity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this clause.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BitInvest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
7. Amendments
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
